Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL)

The goal of EAL is to identify behavior, communication, and relationship patterns of individuals and teams that are no longer effective. By bringing awareness to these patterns, clients can become more relational and intentional in living their lives. We use the same team approach as we do in EAP, however EAL is more focused on the future and our clients learning skills to become more connEQcted with self and others.

By partnering with a horse, clients can learn:

  • Self-confidence & self-esteem

  • Relational communication

  • Leadership & teamwork

  • Boundary setting

  • Emotional intelligence

  • Self-care, relaxation & stress management

  • Problem solving

  • Empathy & self-compassion

  • Creativity

  • Healthy social behavior
